Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.

How to Start a Return

• Go to My Orders and locate the order.
• Contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for return.
• We'll confirm pickup or return-shipping instructions by email.

What Can't Be Returned

• Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
• Worn, washed, or altered items
• Items without original tags

Exchanges

Need a different size instead of a refund? Mention that when you contact us — exchanges are processed as soon as the original item is received back and inspected.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
